Our team of valuers and consultants offer a complete valuation service to homeowners and occupiers of commercial premises such as offices, hotels and other institutions, throughout the UK and overseas.
Insurance Valuations
We prepare detailed inventories of selected items or complete contents. This may include furniture, works of art, ceramics, glass, rugs and textiles, silver, jewellery, paintings, furniture, together with household items, personal effects and office equipment.
Assistance with Insurance Claims
Prompt assistance will be given while negotiating with loss adjusters and insurers over claims in respect of loss or damage, including theft, fire, flood and other risks. Colour photographs of more valuable items, as well as general room shots, are well worth considering and are extremely cost effective and reliable in the event of an insurance claim. In the unlikely event that the worst happens, we aim to make the process as simple and as stress-free as possible.
